Welcome to Zen-Life Corporation, located at 155 El Camino Real, Suite C, Tustin, CA 92780. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, renters, clients, instructors, and participants using our physical space, attending classes or events, or interacting with our website at zenlife-tustin.com. By booking the space, attending a class, or submitting your information through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Space Use & Rentals
Booking Requirements
All rentals must be booked in advance through the Zen-Life Corporation online booking system.
Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your selected date and time.
Bookings remain Pending until the intake form is submitted and the rental contract is signed and reviewed.
Zen-Life Corporation reserves the right to approve or decline any booking.
Rental Rate
The rental fee is a flat rate of $45 per hour.
Every booking includes 15 minutes for setup and 15 minutes for cleanup.
This time is included within the total booking duration and cannot be removed or adjusted.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the reservation may be eligible for a refund or credit.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the booking may not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows forfeit the full booking fee.
Zen-Life Corporation may reschedule or cancel a booking due to emergencies, repairs, or safety concerns. In such cases, renters will receive a refund or credit.
Renter Responsibilities
Renters must leave the space clean and restore all equipment and furniture to their original positions.
A cleaning fee may be applied if the space is left excessively dirty.
Renters are responsible for the behavior and safety of all participants during their booking.
Damage Policy
Renters are financially responsible for any damage to the space, decor, mirrors, equipment, furniture, electronics, lighting, or amenities caused during their rental period.
Classes & Events Held at Zen-Life
Independent Instructors
Instructors using the Zen-Life Corporation space operate independently and manage their own registrations, payments, refunds, and class policies.
Registration
Class and workshop registrations must be completed with the instructor or facilitator directly.
Zen-Life Corporation does not process payments for these offerings.
Schedule Changes
Class schedules may change at any time. Please refer to our website for the most up-to-date listings.
Health & Safety
Participation in any class, workshop, or fitness activity is voluntary and at your own risk.
Consult a physician before beginning any new movement or wellness practice.
Liability Waiver
By attending a class, renting the space, or participating in any activity at Zen-Life Corporation, you acknowledge the following:
You assume full responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred.
Zen-Life Corporation is not liable for injuries, accidents, lost property, or damages arising from your activities or the activities of your participants.
You agree to follow all posted safety guidelines and instructions provided on the premises.
Photo & Video Consent
Zen-Life Corporation may take photos or videos inside the space for marketing or social media purposes.
By attending a class or booking the space, you grant permission for Zen-Life Corporation to use your image unless you notify us in writing prior to your visit.
Website, Forms & Online Interactions
By using the Zen-Life Corporation website or submitting a form, you consent to be contacted via email, text, or phone regarding your inquiry, booking, or class interest.
Your information will be handled in accordance with Zen-Life Corporation’s Privacy Policy.
Long-Term & Recurring Rentals
For ongoing weekly classes or multi-week programs:
A Long-Term Rental Application must be submitted.
Long-term rentals require approval and may require a separate agreement.
Scheduling is subject to availability and may be adjusted for maintenance, events, or operational needs.
Failure to comply with Zen-Life Corporation policies may result in cancellation of recurring rentals.
Prohibited Activities
The following are not permitted inside Zen-Life Corporation:
Open flame candles (battery candles allowed)
Illegal substances or hazardous materials
Glitter, confetti, powder, or messy decor
Smoking or vaping
Excessive noise or disruptive behavior
Zen-Life Corporation reserves the right to refuse service to any renter or guest who violates policies or uses the space improperly.
